These Terms of Service govern your use of the DAKS Kitchen website (dakskitchen.co.uk) and our catering services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
DAKS Kitchen provides catering services for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and daily meal orders. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
Catering Events: All event catering bookings require a consultation and written confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your booking date. Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
Daily Menu Orders: Pre-orders must be placed at least one day in advance. All daily menu items are made to order. Collection or delivery is available (a £2 delivery charge applies within the Hampton, Peterborough area).
All prices displayed on our website and menus are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices for event catering are provided as bespoke quotes based on your specific requirements. We reserve the right to update daily menu prices with reasonable notice.
Payment methods and terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.
Event Catering: Cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual booking agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Daily Orders: If you need to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled less than 12 hours before the requested collection or delivery time may not be refundable, as ingredients may have already been purchased and preparation begun.
We take dietary requirements and food allergies seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs when placing your order or booking. While we take every precaution, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Delivery is available within the Hampton, Peterborough area. A £2 delivery charge applies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver on time.
All our food is freshly prepared and authentically spiced. We use quality ingredients and follow food safety regulations. Our business is registered with the local authority and adheres to UK food hygiene standards.
DAKS Kitchen will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for issues beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, supplier shortages, or other force majeure events.
